Commission approves proposed acquisition of BSG Group's wireless business by Syniverse

Brussels, 04/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 4 December, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of the BSG Group's wireless business, providing data and financial clearing services to wireless telecommunication companies around the world, by the US technology group Syniverse.
