04/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 3 December, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of joint control (through a share buy-out) of Motoractive Leasing IFN, Domenia Credit IFN and Ralfi IFN, all of Romania by General Electric Capital Corporation (GECC) of the US, a subsidiary of General Electric Company (GE) and Doðus Holdings A.S. (Doðus) of Turkey. (L.D.)
