Brussels, 27/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - The world has changed and Africa has changed with it. EU Development and Humanitarian Aid Commissioner Louis Michel said that this is why the EU's strategy for Africa stands at a turning point and there will be vast opportunities at the upcoming EU/Africa Summit in Lisbon, Portugal, on 8 and 9 December to adopt a common EU/Africa strategy, opportunities which must be seized in order to make a radical sea change in the nature of relations between the two...
