27/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 26 November, the European Commission gave its green light to the planned merger whereby the company SC-Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (SCB, Germany), which is ultimately controlled by JP Morgan Chase & Co (JPMorgan Chase, United States), intends to acquire control of all of the company Süd-Chemie AG (Süd-Chemie, Germany) through a purchase of shares.
