Markos Kyprianou launches appeal against stigmatisation of people living with HIV

Brussels, 27/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - Opening the conference "HIV in Europe 2007 - Working Together for Optimal Testing and Earlier Care" in Brussels on Monday 26 November, the European commissioner for health stressed that “early testing for HIV and access to effective treatment are essential in the fight against the epidemic of HIV and AIDS”.
