Brussels, 22/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - The EU Council of Ministers will be meeting in Brussels on Friday 23 November to carry out its second reading of the EC's draft general budget for 2008. The member states' budget ministers will not have an easy job, given the scale of the obstacle ahead of them - deciding how to fund the Galileo Programme (€2.4 million remains to be found for 2008-2013), the future European satellite navigation system.
