Brussels, 22/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 20 November, the committee on civil liberties gave its green light to a draft regulation which will require the member states of the Schengen zone to take the 10 digital fingerprints and a photograph of the face of all those requesting a visa and wishing to enter the territory of the EU.
