19/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - In adopting the report by Åsa Westlund (PES, Sweden) on 14 November, the Parliament confirmed in the first reading (codecision) its position on the draft directive on the placing of biocidal products on the market, in terms of the powers entrusted to the Commission to carry it out.
