Council approves reinforcement of strategic planning capacity for EU military staff

Brussels, 19/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - A permanent team of 4 or 5 people, charged with coordination and forward planning, will shortly be set up within the European Union Military Staff. The decision is one of the four measures put forward by the EUMS with the support of the Military Committee, approved on Monday by the EU Council of Ministers in order to improve strategic planning.
