09/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - Slovakia will succeed Serbia as President of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. The passing of the baton will take place at a special meeting of delegates of the ministers of the 47 member states in Strasbourg on Monday 12 November. At this meeting, Jan Kubis, Slovakian Foreign Minister, will set out his country's priorities for the next six months. (A.B.)
