Luxembourg and Belgium face fines if they fail to abide by Waste Water Treatment Directive

Brussels, 19/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - In its clamp-down on infringements of EU law, and following up on member states against which it had already opened proceedings for failure to meet EU requirements, the European Commission has announced the following measures:
