Vilnius, 12/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - At the energy security conference in Vilnius, Lithuania, on 10 and 11 October (see Europe 9521), the three Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) and Poland were unable to reach final agreement on the fringes of the conference, on two major joint energy projects but their contributions to the conference demonstrate that Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland are developing a common vision of their energy future.
