29/08/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 29 August the European Commission approved a proposed concentration by which the Rhenus AG & Co. KG (Rhenus, Germany), part of the Rethmann group (Rethmann, Germany) takes sole control of the B.V. Transport Management International Holding (TMI, Netherlands) by way of a purchase of shares. The business activities of the undertakings concerned are: Rhenus: logistic and transport services; Rethmann: water and recycling management, transport and logistic services, disposal and recycling of animal bodies and food leftovers; TMI: road, air and sea forwarding, air cargo handling, warehousing. The case was subject to simplified procedure. (ol
