Re-examination of internal market strategy, “Better Regulation”, transport of dangerous goods, presentation of 2008 budget at centre of first plenary session since summer break

Brussels, 29/08/2007 (Agence Europe) - The first plenary session of the European Parliament after the summer break will be held next week (3-6 September) in Strasbourg. The revision of the internal market strategy will be one of the main dossiers on the agenda (EUROPE 9489), but the Parliament will also adopt several reports on the “Better Regulation” programme within the EU, and in the field of transport (dangerous goods, liquids on aircraft, establishment of the Single European Sky)....
