27/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Spanish stock exchange regulator, the CNMV (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores) has authorised the acquisition of the Spanish energy company Endesa by the Italian group Enel and construction company and services provider, Acciona (Spain). Last minute conditions imposed by the Spanish authorities, the CNE (Comisión Nacional de Energía) are still being examined by the Commission. The latter has chosen not to make any comment, but points in common between these new conditions and the conditions the authority decided to impose on the E.ON draft acquisition of Endesa are clear - conditions for which Spain received a Commission reprimand (EUROPE 9332).
