Reduced capacity of Gdansk shipyard remains subject of litigation

Brussels, 23/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Polish Deputy Minister for the Economy, Pawel Poncyljusz, remains optimistic regarding the prospects of a solution to the problem of State aid granted to the Gdansk shipyard, even though Poland and the European Commission are not yet on the same wavelength concerning the restructuring of the yard.
