Brussels, 06/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - The first Council held under Portuguese EU Presidency will be marked by the arrival of the French president, Nicolas Sarkozy, drawing a great deal of media attention. Mr Sarkozy wishes to present, in person, France's budgetary programme, on which much has already been written, to the Ecofin of 10 July and the Eurogroup the previous day. His visit will be part of a more usual agenda (EUROPE 9459 and 9460)
