Brussels, 06/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, Serbian President Boris Tadic acknowledged that the signature of a stabilisation and association agreement (SAA) between the EU and Belgrade, with a view to which negotiations resumed in June (see EUROPE 9445), are predicated on full cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY). “We will do everything that is in our power to arrest all fugitives, including Ratko Mladic,” he said after a meeting...
