03/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - Elmar Brok (EPP-ED), Enrique Baron Crespo (PES) and Andrew Duff (ALDE) are to be the European Parliament's three representatives at the intergovernmental conference (IGC) which will begin on 23 July and is to finalise and adopt the new EU treaty, most probably at the informal European Council in Lisbon on 18-19 October.
