Infringement proceedings against Austria and Portugal for hindering free movement of services

Brussels, 28/06/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has taken action to put an end to obstacles to the free movement of services in Austria and Portugal. The Commission has decided to refer Austria to the European Court of Justice over its legislation obliging doctors to open an account at a specific bank.
