28/06/2007 (Agence Europe) - At the Environment Council on Thursday, the EU approved the complete revision of its list of terrorist organisations and entities. This decision will demonstrate how the EU intends to comply with December's judgment from the European Court of Justice (see EUROPE 9326). The new list will probably be published in the Official Journal of Friday. It is unlikely that the name of the People's Mojahadine Organisation of Iran will be removed, a diplomatic source said...
