01/06/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 31 May, the European Commission submitted to the Council a draft regulation in which it proposes to repeal Community measures (regulation (EC) 234/2004) banning the import of raw diamonds from Liberia and providing measures to prevent any circumvention of this ban.
