22/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - Three Japanese companies, Sony Corporation, Fujifilm Holdings Corporation and Hitachi Maxell Ltd say they were targetted by the European Commission's letter of grievances over alleged price-fixing on the professional TV video cassette market (see Europe 9390). The Commission made surprise inspections in the European headquarters of these companies in 2002, following information supplied under its leniency programme.
