19/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of Budapest Airport Budapest Ferihegy Nemzetközi Repülõtér Üzemeltetõ Rt (BARt) of Hungary by. HOCHTIEF AirPort GmbH (HTA) of Germany, Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Quebec (CDPQ) of Canada and GIC Special Investments Pte Ltd (GICSI) of Singapore. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure. (cd)
