Brussels, 14/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - The EuroMediterranean Parliamentary Assembly (EMPA) will meet in Tunis on 16-17 March. This joint institution was inaugurated on 22-23 March 2004. It is still the only structure for meetings between the Arab countries of the Mediterranean rim and Israel. The session will be devoted to inter-cultural dialogue, a theme suggested by European Parliament President Hans-Gert Pöttering.
