Commission confirms sending statement of objections to several flat glass manufacturers

Brussels, 14/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - Following random inspections in February 2005 (EUROPE 8895), the Commission announced on Wednesday 14 March that it had sent a statement of objections concerning the anti-competitive behaviour of flat glass companies, which mainly use the process used to produce “float glass”. The accused have two months to respond to the Commission.
