12/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - A delegation of high-level officials from six countries of the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) was in Brussels on Monday for political talk to the EU and its Member States. This “political dialogue” focused, amongst other things, on subjects of mutual concern in the region (Middle East, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon and Syria). A ministerial session (Joint Cooperation Council) has been scheduled for next April or May in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. (fb)
