12/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - Last Friday, the European Commission, by the simplified procedure, approved the proposed acquisition of Santé Partenaires SAS and its subsidiaries (Santé) of France by LBO France Gestion SAS (LBO) also of France. LBO is a capital investment company. Santé is a company which specialises in the acquisition and management of hospitalisation clinics.
