12/03/2007 (Agence Europe) - According to a survey published on Monday by Milliyet, slightly more than 50% of Turkish people believe that nationalism is on the rise in their country and one-third of those asked believe that the main reason for this lies in the way the European Union is treating Ankara in accession negotiations (particularly the freezing of talks on eight chapters in December 2006).
