David Leakey succeeds Jean-Paul Perruche as head of EU military staff

Brussels, 28/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - At a ceremony in Brussels on Wednesday 28 February, French General Jean-Louis Perruche handed over command of the European Union Military Staff (EUMS) to the British General David Leakey.
