20/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Friday, the EU Council of Ministers adopted, without debate, a regulation amending regulation (EC) No 850/2004 on persistent organic pollutants. The amendment relates to the second part of Annex V and sets concentration limits applicable to certain substances which appear in the waste management process.
