Commission gives green light to plans for acquisition of Glencore and Sual assets by EN+ in aluminium sector

Brussels, 02/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 1 February, the European Commission authorised plans for the acquisition of Glencore and Sual assets by EN+ in the aluminium sector. The EN+ group has interests in various sectors and owns Rusal, a vertically integrated aluminium and aluminium oxide company, whose main production assets are in Russia.
