Brussels, 02/02/2007 (Agence Europe) -Commissioner for Energy Andris Piebalgs, and Norwegian Energy Minister Odd Roger Enoksen have held discussions on the capture and storage of carbon, as part of energy cooperation between the Union and Norway.
