02/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 2 February, the European Commission approved the acquisition of sole control of Serene SpA (“Serene”) by BG Italia SpA, which is part of the BG Group plc. Serene and BG Italia are Italian companies, whilst the BG Group is British. This last already part-owns Serene, jointly with Edison SpA (Italy).
