Any job seeker subsidised by a Member State must be able to use this aid to find a job in another Member State

Luxembourg, 15/01/2007 (Agence Europe) - In a judgment given on 11 January, the European Court of Justice ruled that the support provided by the Bundesagentur für Arbeit (German Federal Employment Agency) to persons seeking employment must not be conditional on the job found being covered by German social security contributions (Case C-208/05). The Bundesagentur, citing German social law, refused to honour a staff recruitment voucher which was used to find employment in the Netherlands....
