Brussels, 21/12/2006 (Agence Europe) - As announced yesterday, the meeting of the Accession Conference with Croatia allowed three chapters of talks to be opened on 21 December. Given Croatia's general state of preparedness, the EU decided to establish a number of benchmarks which must be reached before talks on these three chapters can be closed.
