20/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 13 November, the Council adopted, without debate, the directive on the regulation on aircraft operation as set out in Annex 16 of the Convention on international civil aviation, volume 1, part 2, chapter 3, second edition (1988). This is a codified version of directive 92/14/EEC of 2 March 1992, which has been amended several times for clarification and simplification. (dt)
