Jacques Delors and Poul Nyrup Rasmussen to unveil '10 Principles for a New Social Europe' at Congress in Portugal on 7 and 8 December

Brussels, 16/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Party of European Socialists, headed by MEP Poul Nyrup Rasmussen, will be meeting in Porto, Portugal, for its annual congress on 7 and 8 December, attended by Portuguese prime minister José Socrates. The PES will be electing a new President at the congress.
