Brussels, 16/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - Along with the climate, tempers are heating and time is running short in Nairobi where international negotiations on the future of the fight against climate change have moved into the home straight before the UN conference is brought to a close (see EUROPE 9300).
The ministerial section of the conference began on 15 November, to run until 17 November. It is doubtful, however, if negotiators will be able, before then, to reach agreement on the future...
