Academic year of European College in Parma is open

Parma, 16/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - The vice-president of the European Commission, Franco Frattini, has opened the fourth academic year of the European College of Parma (Italy) with a “lectio inauguralis”, devoted to the action and projects of the EU in the field of immigration and relating to the population problems that Europe has to face.
