EU calls on parties to continue efforts to reach reconciliation

Brussels, 15/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - It was a message of encouragement to pursue peace talks that EU foreign ministers sent to Uganda. Ministers are happy with the results obtained so far in the talks taking place in Juba between the government and the Lord's Resistance Army, under the auspices of the government of Southern Sudan.
