Brussels, 13/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner Olli Rehn had to make a commitment to EU foreign affairs ministers meeting in the General Affairs Council in Brussels to present his possible recommendations on Turkey (in case on non-application of the Ankara Protocol on extension of Customs Union to Cyprus) “well ahead” of the European Council on 14-15 December, which is expected to decide on possible measures to take against Turkey.
