Brussels, 31/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - By proposing to meet up next Sunday and Monday (5/6 November) in Helsinki, foreign affairs ministers from Turkey and Cyprus, as well as representatives from the Turkish Cypriot community and their Finnish counterpart, Erkki Tuomioja, will attempt to obtain a compromise and the hope that goes with it.
