Europe's peripheral maritime regions feel Commission is giving too little interest to motorways of sea

Brussels, 10/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions of Europe (CPMR) feels that not enough account is being taken of maritime transport by the European Commission. In a letter, dated 26 September, to Commission President José Manuel Barroso, CPMR President Claudio Martini expresses his concerns.
