Green light to acquisition of ALL3Media by Permira

Brussels, 26/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has cleared the proposed acquisition of All3Media Group, the UK TV production and distribution company, by Permira Holdings, an international private equity firm because the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition. The only company which is active in pay TV and free TV broadcasting, radio and advertising and over which Permira has - joint - control, is SBS Broadcasting. All3Media is active in independent...
