06/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - Bulgaria and Romania must join the European Union unconditionally in 2007, said European Justice Commissioner Franco Frattini in an interview given to Reuters on Wednesday. “Both must be encouraged, and that means no postponement (of their accession in 2007),” he said.
