02/08/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has granted clearance for the project of French Axa Real Estate Investment Managers and American Apollo Real Estate Advisors and Rida Development Corporation to acquire joint control of the Luxembourg company, New CO, which deals with the ownership and operation of commercial retail properties in Poland. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
