Brussels, 02/08/2006 (Agence Europe) - The BBC has indicated that the Spanish foreign affairs minister Miguel Angel Moratinos held meetings on Wednesday in Beirut with the president of the Lebanese parliament and a working lunch with prime minister Siniora and his whole government, including members of Hezbollah.
