02/08/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has granted clearance for the acquisition of sole control of Synbra Group BV of the Netherlands by the Dutch investment company, GIMA BV. Synbra is active in the manufacture and marketing of plastic products. The operation was examined under simplified merger review procedure.
