02/08/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has granted clearance for the acquisition of sole control by the US company, Muehlstein Holding Corporation, which operates in the distribution of polymers throughout the world, of the Luxembourg firm, Ravago SA, which is also present in this sector throughout Europe. The transaction was examined according to simplified review procedure.
